Kenneth Harrelson

Social media and news articles show Harrelson was present at the Capitol on Jan. 6th.

He and others with the Oathkeepers organization formed a military “stack” to stay together through the crowd and enter the Capitol. Inside the Rotunda, he de-escalated a conflict between protesters and police.

Case Status

Arrested 3/10/21. Charged via second superseding indictment 3/12/21. Third superseding indictment issued 3/31/21. Fourth superseding indictment issued 5/26/21. Fifth superseding indictment issued 8/4. Jury trials set for 2/1/3 at 10 am and 4/4/22 at 10 am. Defendant remains in custody.
