Andrew Wrigley

Case Status

Wrigley was arrested on 1/15/21 and appeared in court via video on 1/25/21. He pleaded not guilty to all counts and was released on personal recognizance on 1/25/21. On 9/8/21, he pleaded guilty to count 4 (parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol Building.) Sentencing held on 12/2/2021 as to Count 4: Sentenced to a term of 18 months of probation. Special Assessment of $10.00, Restitution in the amount of $500.00 and a fine of $2,000.00 was imposed. Oral Motion by the Government to Dismiss Counts: 1, 2, 3, was heard and granted.
