Donnie Wren

Donnie Wren and his cousin Thomas Smith were outside of the Capitol with the crowd. At one point, they were eating lunch peacefully in the top area, conversing next to police before struggles ensued between police and the protesters.

Case Status

Donnie Wren was arrested on 10/6/21. He appeared in court on 10/12/21 and a hearing to appoint him an attorney took place shortly after. Conditions of release were set on 10/12/21. Status Conference set for 5/13/2022 at 11:30 AM by Telephonic/VTC before Judge Reggie B. Walton. Remains on personal recognizance.
