Conspiracy Obstruction of an Official Proceeding and Aiding and Abetting Destruction of Government Property and Aiding and Abetting Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds Tampering with Documents or Proceedings
Case Status
Arrested 2/15/21 in the Middle District of Florida. Charged via superseding indictment on 2/19/21 and was arraigned on 3/11/21 where he pleaded not guilty to counts 1-4 and 6. Plea hearing held 6/23/21 where the defendant plead guilty to counts 1 and 2 of the fourth superseding indictment. A sentencing is still TBD, but the government predicts it will be scheduled between Nov and Jan, alongside others in this case.
