Thomas and his girlfriend went to the Capitol after taking a trip to New York. Isaac Thomas filmed a video outside on the Capitol in which police are seen spraying the crowd with chemical irritants. After this, he allegedly swings a flagpole at an officer in response to this.
He entered the building and supposedly filmed a video inside the Speaker’s office.
