In Wright’s Statements of Facts, you’ll see that Wright reveals his
premeditated intent to assault law enforcement officers, breach the US Capitol Building, commit
violence on members of Congress, and participate in “war” in conversations between himself and other individuals through Facebook. Wright was also seen before the breach pulling at barriers set up by Capitol Police.

Arrested 5/3/21. Conditions of release were set on 5/19/21. During an arraignment on 5/10/22, he plead not guilty to all charges. On 8/2/22, he plead guilty to count 2. On 3/6/23, Wright was sentenced to 49 months in prison, followed by 3 years of probation. He was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment.
