Arrested 6/24/21 and initial appearance held the same afternoon. Released on personal recognizance on 7/6/21. Entered a plea of not guilty on 7/29/21, 11/8/21, and again on 4/18/22. On 9/9/22, he plead guilty to counts 1-2. His sentencing was set for 1/13/23, rescheduled to 4/7/23, and has since been vacated and reset for a later date to be determined.
