Case Status
Arrested 5/3/21. Initial appearance held 5/6/21. Conditions of release were set on 05/12/21. Elijah pleaded not guilty to all counts (1-4) on 09/22/21 and again on 3/9/22. On 8/10/22, Elijah (Loammi) entered a plea of guilty as to count 4 of #28 Second Superseding Indictment. On 11/10/22, Yazdani was sentenced to 14 days in prison, with no credit for time served. He was also ordered to serve 24 months probation, pay a special assessment of $10 and $500 in restitution.
