Shalvey was arrested on 3/9/21. Conditions of release were set on 03/09/2021. He has entered a plea of not guilty as to all counts on 5/18/21, 9/21/21, 11/19/21 and again on 2/17/21. On 10/3/22, Shalvey entered a plea of guilty to Count 2 and 3 of the 4th Superseding Indictment. Sentencing held on 5/11/2023, sentenced to 41 months of Incarceration on Count 2. $100 Special Assessment and Restitution in the amount of $2000.00. Sentenced to 41 months of Incarceration on Count 3, to run concurrently with Count 2, followed by 24 months of Supervised Release. $100 Special Assessment and Restitution in the amount of $2000.00. All remaining Counts dismissed on oral motion of the Government.
