Indictment issued 2/2/22. Morrison was arrested on 2/10 and plead not guilty to all charges on 2/17/22. She was released on personal recognizance on 2/17/22. On 10/3/22, Morrison entered a plea of guilty as to count 3 of the 4th Superseding Indictment. Sentencing held on 5/11/2023, sentenced to 8 months of Incarceration followed by 24 months of Supervised Release (with conditions). $100 Special Assessment and Restitution in the amount of $2000.00. All remaining Counts dismissed on oral motion of the Government.
