Rutledge was arrested on 10/13/21. She initially appeared in court on 10/21/21 and was released on personal recognizance. Entered a not guilty plea as to all counts on 12/2 and again on 3/7/22. On 10/27/22, she plead guilty to count 4 of the Superseding Information filed on 6/6/22 (doc #57). Sentencing held on 3/31/2023, sentenced to 3 years of probation and special assessment of $10. Counts 1, 2, and 3 dismissed on oral motion by the government.
