Bostic was arrested on 10/13/21. He initially appeared in court on 10/21/21 and was released on personal recognizance. Entered a not guilty plea as to all counts on 12/21/21 and again on 3/7/22. On 10/25/22, he plead guilty to count 4 of the Superseding Information filed on 6/6/22 (doc #57). tencing held on 3/9/2023, sentenced to 36 months of probation and a $10 assessment. Counts 1, 2, and 3 dismissed on oral motion by the government.
