Erik Scott Warner

Warner and a group of men from California attended the Trump rally and were texting back and forth before the event. He brought an earpiece so he could communicate with the group since there was a large crowd.

He walked to the Capitol after the rally. There is no evidence he engaged in violence.

Case Status

Warner was arrested on 6/10/21. He plead not guilty to all counts on 6/14/21. Conditions of release were set on 6/14/21. Further Status Conference set for 5/26/2022 at 12:30 PM by VTC before Judge Royce C. Lamberth. Remains on personal recognizance.
