He stated he did not go inside on January 6th, and remained outside because he had a weapon on his person.

Russell Taylor was arrested on 6/10/21. He entered a not guilty plea on 6/28/21. He was ordered released (w/ location monitoring) on 8/12/21. He entered another not guilty plea as to all counts on 12/3/21. Taylor and his attorney failed to show at the last scheduled status conference on 12/2/22. It is required his attorney now prove in writing why he and his client are not in contempt of court by 12/12/22. On 4/19/23, Taylor entered a plea of guilty to Count 1 of the Superseding Indictment.
