Derek Kinnison

Kinnison and three other men took a cross-country road trip to attend the Stop the Steal rally. He allegedly entered the Upper West terrace and was wearing a gas mask. There is no evidence he behaved violently.

Case Status

Kinnison was arrested on 6/10/21 and appeared in court on 6/14. He pleaded not guilty to all counts. The next status hearing is scheduled for 12/3.
