Case Status
Arrested 1/6/21- however was not initially added to the FBI/DOJ database. Released on personal recognizance on 1/7/21. Found guilty on 10/13/22, following bench trial in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, of unlawful entry onto public property, a District of Columbia offense. Sentenced the same day to 6 months of incarceration (with "execution of sentence suspended as to all"). A suspended sentence is where a judge sentences a defendant to jail or prison time, but then delays imposing the sentence in order to let the defendant serve time on probation. He was placed on a one year of probation, 100 hours of community service, $500 restitution.
