Cronin was arrested on 6/13/22 and appeared in court on 6/23. He was ordered released on personal recognizance on 6/23/22. Indicted 7/5. On 7/13/22, he plead not guilty to all counts. On 2/24/23, he plead guilty to counts 1 and 7. Sentencing held on 9/8/2023, sentenced to 60 days incarceration as to Count 1 and 8 months incarceration as to Count 7- followed by 12 months supervised release. Special Assessment of $50 and Restitution in the amount of $500.
