Dylan Cronin is accused of kicking the exterior Senate wing door and entering through a window pane.

He and his family were inside the building for approximately 7 minutes. They then re-entered and appear to walk peacefully through the crypt with others in the crowd.

Case Status

Cronin was arrested on 6/13/22 and appeared in court on 6/23. He was ordered released on personal recognizance. Indicted 7/5. On 7/13/22, he plead not guilty to all counts. Conference set for 11/10/22 was vacated and reset for 1/6/2023 at 3:00 PM before Judge Amy Berman Jackson. A plea agreement hearing is scheduled for 2/24/23 at 3pm virtually.
