Aaron James Mileur

Case Status

Aaron Mileur was arrested on 3/15/21 and indicted on 3/24/21. He was released on personal recognizance on 3/29/21. On 4/1/21, he entered a plea of not guilty as to all counts. on 9/7/22, 2 defendants (Carrie Ann Williams and Tyrone McFadden, Jr) were added as part of a superseding indictment. On 9/13/22, all defendants entered a plea of not guilty to all counts. Plea Agreement Hearing held on 12/21/22, Mileur entered a plea of guilty to Count 4. Sentencing held on 3/20/2023, sentenced to 24 months probation. $10 Special Assessment and Restitution in the amount of $500. All remaining counts dismissed on Motion of the Government.
