Arrested 4/22/21 in St. George, Utah. Initial appearance 4/28/21- released on personal recognizance. During an arraignment on 12/3, he plead not guilty. On 1/19/22, he plead guilty to count 1. On 5/2, Peart was sentenced to 36 months of probation, with the first 60 days on home detention with electronic monitoring. He was also ordered to complete 240 hours of community service, fined $500, and ordered to pay a $10 special assessment and $500 restitution.
