Arraigned 5/7/21 where he pleaded not guilty to counts 1-9 and was released on a high intensity supervision program (home detention w/ location monitor. On 3/6/2023, the counts were dismissed as the Government has opted to prosecute Johnson and Randolph in Samsel et al. (Case #21-cr-00537) rather than this case.
