Rae entered the Capitol building near a widow around 2:13 P.M. that had been smashed by Proud Boy member Dominic Pezzola (smash with a USCP riot shield). This would mean that Rae was one of the first individuals inside the Capitol building as that time is around the initial breach. Other Proud Boy members, such as Nicholas Ochs (Proud Boys Hawaii) and Joseph Biggs (Proud Boys Florida) were among the first inside the Capitol as well. It is unclear how acquainted all of the Proud Boys coming from different states are, however Arthur Jackman and Paul Rae were charged together, however there is no detail of any violence committed by either Jackman or Rae.
