Case Status

Arrested 2/16/21. Initial appearance held 2/24. Indicted 3/5 and arraigned 3/11 where he pleaded not guilty to all counts. Plea agreement hearing held 6/2/21 where he pleaded guilty to count 1 of the indictment. Sentenced 7/19/21 to 8 months incarceration followed by 2 years supervised release. A progress hearing took place on 7/22/22. It was determined Hodgkins complied with all conditions of release.
