Obstruction of an Official Proceeding and Aiding and Abetting (1) Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds (2) Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds (3) Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building (4) Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building (5)

Case Status

Arrested 2/16/21. Initial appearance held 2/24/21- placed on personal recognizance. Indicted 3/5 and arraigned 3/11 where he plead not guilty to all counts. Plea agreement hearing held 6/2/21 where he plead guilty to count 1 of the indictment. Sentenced on 7/19/21 to 8 months incarceration followed by 2 years supervised release. A progress hearing took place on 7/22/22. It was determined Hodgkins complied with all conditions of release.
