Matthew Clark

Matthew and Christy Clark are both pictured inside the Capitol building on January 6th.  They brought along Paul Spigelmyer all from Lewistown, PA.  There is no evidence of any violence committed by any of these individuals.

Case Status

Arrested 2/10/21. Placed on personal recognizance on 2/16/21. Charged via criminal information on 3/12. Arraigned and plead not guilty to all counts on 3/18. On 6/17/22, Matthew and his wife Christy each plead guilty to count 4. Sentencing held via videoconference on 10/28/2022, Clark was sentenced to 24 months of probation. All remaining Counts dismissed on Oral Motion by the Government.
