Cody Mattice

Mattice allegedly ripped down a barrier that eventually gave protesters access into the Capitol. He and James Mault allegedly sprayed police who were confronting the crowd in the lower west terrace.

Case Status

Mattice was arrested on 10/7. During an arraignment on 11/9, he pleaded not guilty to all charges. Status hearing scheduled for 04/08/2022 continued to April 22, 2022, at 1:00 PM in person before Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell.
