On 7/15/22, case #21-mj-568 was closed and merged into case #21-cr-243 with #53 Information filed. On 10/5/22, Temple entered a plea of guilty as to count 4 of the #53 Information filed 07/15/2022. On 7/5/23, Cole Temple was sentenced to 36 months of probation and payment of a $100 special assessment.
