Clayton Ray Mullins

Video footage shows Mullins was present at the Capitol on Jan. 6th. He allegedly assaulted a police officer. Mullins part of a group of men helping to pull others out of a pile of bodies who had fallen after were subjected to chemical spray and police brutalities in the West Terrace Tunnel, near where Roseanne Boyland was killed.

Case Status

Mullins was arrested on 2/23/21. Conditions of release w/ GPS monitoring were set on 03/02/21. Status conferences took place on 7/7, 11/22, and 2/7. He pleaded not guilty to all charges on each of three indictments. On 04/05/2022, the conditions of release were modified to place Mr. Mullins on a curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily, ending home detention order. He plead guilty to lesser charge of count 9 on 9/6/23. On 1/30/24, he was sentenced to 30 days in prison and 36 months of probation. He was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment, $2,000 in restitution, and $49,764 in fines. In addition, he must pay $30, 165.65 to the Metropolitan Police Dept.
