Case Status

Whitton was charged via superseding indictment on 3/12/21 and was arrested on 4/1/21. He had a detention hearing on 4/12/21 and was ordered detained. All defendants entered a plea of not guilty as to all counts of the superseding indictment on 02/07/2022. Whitton plead guilty to count 10S on 9/13/22. Sentencing was rescheduled to 8/16/23 at 10am in Courtroom 23A.
