Christopher Kuehne

Surveillance tapes identify Kuehne at the Capitol on January 6th. Once he entered the Capitol, he allegedly grabbed a podium and a chair and placed them within the track of barriers to stop them from closing.

Case Status

Kuehne was arrested on 2/11 and made his initial appearance in court on 2/26. He pleaded not guilty on all accounts and was released on personal recognizance on 02/26/2021. On 03/02/2022, Kuehne pleaded not guilty as to counts 1-6 on the Superseding Indictment. His next virtual status conference takes place on 5/3 2:30 PM
