Blake Reed was arrested 1/17/21 and made an initial appearance on 1/19/21. He was released on personal recognizance on 01/28/2021. He plead not guilty to all counts on on 3/12/21. He later plead guilty to count 2 on 1/11/22. Sentencing held on 4/14/2022, sentenced on Count 2 of the Indictment to serve a term of 36 months of Probation with conditions of intermittent confinement and home detention; a special assessment of $25.00, a fine of $2,500.00, and restitution in the amount of $500.00. An oral motion by the government for the dismissal of Counts 3, 4, and 5 of the Indictment was granted.
