Blas Santillan

Santillan was arrested on 8/23/21. He was released on personal recognizance on 09/02/2021. A preliminary hearing was held set on 11/1/21. NEW CASE #22-cr-00032 Information filed on 1/25/2022. Entered a plea of not guilty to all counts on 2/4/22. Entered a plea of guilty to count 4 of the information on 5/17/22. Sentencing held on 9/23/2022 before Judge Florence Y. Pan, sentenced to 45 days of incarceration; followed by 36 months of Supervised Release. Special Assessment owed in the amount of $10. Restitution owed in the amount of $500. All remaining counts were dismissed on Oral Motion of the Government.
