Case Status

Fischer was arrested on 1/13/22 and initially appeared in court on 1/25. He waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Superseding Indictment issued 2/9/22. On 3/4, Fischer was released. On 3/24/22, he entered a plea of not guilty as to all counts of the superseding indictment. The next status conference is on 3/29/23 at 4pm virtually.
