Case Status
Fischer was arrested on 1/13/22 and initially appeared in court on 1/25. He waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Superseding Indictment issued 2/9/22. On 3/4, Fischer was released. On 3/24/22, he entered a plea of not guilty as to all counts of the superseding indictment. Status conference held 3/29/23. Severance Hearing set for 8/31/2023. The court granted that Fischer and Boele could sever from defendant Rajewski's case. The last status conference occurred on 11/2. The next status conference takes place 2/9/2024 at 04:00 PM via Zoom.
