Case Status
Byerly was arrested in Fleetwood, PA on 7/7/21 and appeared before a judge in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on 7/12/21. He was ordered detained and transported to DC, where he remains committed. During a hearing on 8/31/21, he pleaded not guilty to all counts. On 7/25/22, he entered a plea of guilty as to Count 2 of the Second Superseding Indictment. Sentencing held on 10/21/2022, sentenced to Thirty-Four (34) Months of Incarceration to run concurrent with Count 7ss; Followed by Thirty-Six (36) Months of Supervised Release. Defendant Sentenced to Twelve (12) Months of Incarceration to run concurrent with Count 2ss; Followed by Twelve(12) Months of Supervised Release to run concurrent with Count 2ss. A $125.00 Special Assessment is imposed in total as to all counts. Counts 1ss, 3ss, 4ss, 5ss, 6ss, 8ss: all dismissed on oral motion by the government.
