Blauser was arrested on 5/19/21. During an arraignment on 6/11/21, he plead not guilty to all counts and was placed on standard conditions of release. On 11/15/21, Blauser entered a plea of guilty as to count 5 of the indictment. Sentencing held on 2/3/2022, No term of incarceration or supervision imposed. A $10.00 Special Assessment and a $500.00 Fine imposed. Restitution in the amount of $500.00. Oral motion by the Government to dismiss all remaining counts, heard and granted. Blauser was ordered released from pretrial supervision.
