Vincent Gillespie

Gillespie was seen on surveillance in the Lower West Tunnel taking a police shield and shoving it toward officers. He was near the same area where Roseanne Boyland eventually died.

It is possible Gillespie was acting in self-defense or the defense of others.

Vincent Gillespie was bleeding and sustained injuries during the incident.

Jury Trial began 12/19/22, concluded on 12/23/22. Jury rendered a guilty verdict as to Counts 1, 2, 5, and 7.
