Case Status

Arrested 8/24/22. Conditions of release were set on 8/30/22 (personal recognizance). On 5/19/23, the Magistrate case as to Tyler Bensch was closed, he was severed from the codefendants and was charged via new Information (doc #81). Plea Agreement Hearing held 7/7/23, entered a plea of guilty as to Counts 1 and 2. Sentencing held the same day, sentenced to 24 months probation with 60 days home detention. Further ordered to pay a Special Assessment of $50 and Restitution in the amount of $500.
