On 3/30/23, the Magistrate case as to Tyler Bensch was closed, he was severed from the codefendants and was charged via new Information (doc #62). Plea Agreement Hearing held 4/11/23, entered a plea of guilty as to Counts 1 and 2. Sentencing held on 7/7/2023, sentenced to 5 months incarceration as to Count 1, and 5 months incarceration as to Count 2. All terms are to run concurrently and followed by 24 months supervised release (5 months are to be spent on home detention). Special Assessment of $125. Restitution in the amount of $2,000.
