Plea of guilty entered as to count 4 on 9/20/21. Sentencing held on 12/10/2021, sentenced to Forty-five (45) days of Incarceration. $10 Special Assessment, Fine in the amount of $1,000.00, and Restitution in the amount of $500.00. Counts 1, 2, and 3 dismissed on oral motion by the government.
