Miles was filming and taking photos on the west side of the Capitol with his cell phone. He was accused of shoving police officers along with others. Afterwards, he is seen helping a fallen protester rinse his eyes out with codefendant Matthew LeBrun.
At approximately 2:12 PM on January 6th, Miles is also depicted smashing a window with a wooden plank and entering through the window into the Senate wing.
