Case Status

Dennis was arrested on 10/20/21. Released on personal recognizance on 10/28/21. He entered a plea of not guilty as to all counts on 11/29/21. Bench Trial held on 1/13/23, the Court reached a verdict of guilty as to Counts 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 9. The Court reached a verdict of not guilty as to Counts 6 and 8. Sentencing held on 4/13/2023, sentenced to 36 months incarceration on Counts 1,2, and 4, 12 months on Counts 5 and 7, and 6 months on Count 9, all to run concurrent. He is further ordered to serve a term of Supervised Release for a period of 24 months.
