Robert Anthony Lyon

Lyon was seen on surveillance inside the Capitol walking among the crowd. He was stopped by Capitol Police afterwards on the corner of S Capitol Street and C St, SW with Dustin Thompson.

Thompson was holding a stolen coat rack from inside the building and fled from police when stopped. Lyon consented to a search of his bag. Police found marijuana and a bottle of bourbon inside. It is believed Thompson took the bourbon inside of the Capitol.

Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
