Greene was arrested on 4/21/21 and appeared in court the same afternoon. He pleaded not guilty to all counts on 5/24. On 12/22/21, he plead guilty to counts 1 and 2. On 3/10/22, he was ordered released on a personal recognizance bond under a High Intensity Supervision Program (HISP.) There is a further joint status report scheduled for 9/29/2023.
