Arrested 6/16/22. Indicted 6/23 and arraigned 6/24 where he plead not guilty to all counts and was released on personal recognizance. Superseding Indictment issued 9/21/22. He plead guilty to count 1 of this indictment the same day. On 11/2/23, he was sentenced to 45 days in prison and 60 days probation with home confinement. In addition, Kurt Peterson was ordered to pay $4700 in restitution and a $100 special assessment.
