Kurt Peterson

Kurt Peterson was charged with breaking a window (exceeding $2700), using wooden sticks and his fists.  There is no other account of violence toward any other person, though video evidence may show a Capitol Police officer shoving Peterson to the exit.

Arrested 6/16. Indicted 6/23 and arraigned 6/24 where he pleaded not guilty to all counts. Defendant remains on personal recognizance. His last status conference was on 6/8/22. The next one is scheduled for 8/5 at 4pm.
