Case Status
Kimberly Wargo was arrested on 5/4/22. Her initial appearance was continued to 7/26 and she was ordered released. An indictment was issued 9/23/22 and arraignment took place on 11/10. She plead not guilty to all charges. Plea Agreement proceeding held on 2/7/2023, entered a plea of guilty to Count 4. On 6/16/23, she was sentenced to 14 days in prison and 3 years probation. In addition, she was ordered to pay a special assessment of $10 and restitution in the amount of $500.
