Colton Wargo was arrested on 5/4/22. First appeared in court virtually on 7/21 and was released on personal recognizance. An indictment was issued 9/23/22 and arraignment took place on 11/22. He plead not guilty to all charges. Plea Agreement proceeding held on 2/7/2023, entered a plea of guilty to Count 4. Sentencing held on 6/15/2023, he was sentenced to 14 days in prison and 3 years probation. In addition, she was ordered to pay a special assessment of $10 and restitution in the amount of $500.
