Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds without Lawful Authority Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds

Case Status

On 5/10/21, Nassif was arrested and appeared in court on 5/17/21. Conditions of release were set on 5/19/21. On 6/30/21 during an arraignment, he entered a not guilty to all charges. His bench trial occurred on 12/19/22. A motion for new trial was submitted on 12/19, and given an extension. On 4/27/23, Nassif was sentenced to sentenced to 7 months of incarceration and 12 months of supervised release. In addition, he was ordered to pay $70 in special assessments and $500 in restitution.
