Schubert was arrested on 7/26/21. He appeared in court on 8/26/21 and was released on bond. On 9/24/21, he pleaded not guilty to all counts. During an arraignment on 11/23/21, he pleaded guilty to count 4. Sentencing held on 3/8/2022, sentenced to Eighteen (18) months of Probation, Special Assessment of $10.00, Fine of $1,500.00 and Restitution in the amount of $500.00 were imposed. Counts 1-3 dismissed on oral motion by the government.
