Brown is seen on surveillance in the tunnel with the crowd. Someone in the crowd handed him pepper spray and he allegedly directed this at officers.

Case Status

Brown was arrested on 8/26/21. Hearings were held on 8/31, 10/28, and 11/5. His motion for pretrial detention is being appealed. On 11/5/21, Brown pleaded not guilty to all counts. Status Conference set for 6/24/2022 at 03:00 PM via videoconference before Judge Amit P. Mehta. Brown remains in custody.
