Arrested 1/26/21. Uptmore was released on personal recognizance. Charged via criminal information on 2/24/21 and arraigned on 3/2/21 where he plead not guilty to counts 1-4. Uptmore plead guilty to count 4 on 6/6/22. On 11/2/22, he was sentenced to 3 years of probation and was ordered to pay a $10 special assessment and $500 in restitution.
