Assault on Federal Officer with Dangerous Weapon (1) Conspiracy to Injure an Officer (2) Civil Disorder and Obstructing or Impeding Any Official Proceeding (3) Physical violence on restricted grounds, while carrying dangerous weapon, and resulting in significant bodily injury (4) Violent entry and disorderly conduct, act of physical violence on Capitol Grounds (5)

Case Status

Arrested on 3/15/21. Initial appearance 3/15/21. Tanios was indicted on 3/17/21 and arraigned on 4/13/21 where he pleaded not guilty to all counts. On 08/20/21, he was released via a High Intensity Supervision Program. Status Conference set for 6/22/2022 at 3:00 PM via Zoom before Judge Thomas F. Hogan. Jury Trial set for 10/5/2022 at 9:30 AM before Judge Thomas F. Hogan in a courtroom that will be determined at a later date. Remains on personal recognizance.
