Tanios and Khater worked together in spraying Capitol Police with some type of chemical agent. All three officers were incapacitated and unable to perform their duties for at least 20 minutes or longer while they recovered from the spray. Though there is no account if these 2 entered the Capitol, it is clear they were a part of the trouble with Capitol Police before people started to enter the Capitol Building.
Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
