There are images in the Tenney and Youngers Statement of Facts that depict the two of them in a group interfering with Capitol Police before entering the Capitol Building.  Both of them entered the Capitol and can be seen in images throughout the building.

Arrested 6/29. Initial appearance held 7/6/21. Conditions of release were set on 07/06/21. Entered a plea of not guilty to all counts on 11/15/21. Entered a plea of guilty to count 1 and 2 of the Indictment on 6/30/22. On 12/5/22, Tenney was sentenced to 36 months of incarceration, 36 months of supervised release, a special assessment totaling $200, and restitution in the amount $2,000.
